I practise in the areas of Criminal Law (Quebec and Ontario), Child Protection Law, Children’s Law (OCL), and Family Law.
I previously articled and worked with national law firms where I developed my practice as a litigator since my call to the Bar in 2002. I was a partner at Chénier & Notturno dating back to 2009 and am now, as of January 1, 2021, the sole proprietor of Notturno Law. Clients can expect the same great services, just under a new name.
As an energetic and effective litigation lawyer and, as a member of both the Ontario and Quebec Bars, I represent both Ontario and Quebec clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, municipal courts and the Court of Quebec.
Fluently bilingual, I am able to argue cases in both English and French and also provide legal services in Italian.
